Sindhi Author Calls Pakistan A Blot On Image Of Islam world wide. The idea of Pakistan itself is totally opposite to teachings of Quran.

For those Muslims who know why Pakistan was created, would understand this fact fairly easily that creation of Pakistan is blot on the image of Islam world wide. Neither Quran nor hadith teaches that Muslims should not peacefully coexist with non-muslims. On the contrary Quran 60:8 says

Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes – from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly

The idea of Pakistan is totally opposite to teachings of Quran.

Idea of Pakistan can summed up as follows:

 Muslims cannot live with Hindus who also belong to same land, who speak same language, who have grown up together, struggled together for independence of their country but Muslims cannot live peacefully with those same Hindus who were their neighbour for hundreds of years .

Can there be anything more shameful for Muslim of the world then this? With continued existence of Pakistan Islam is globally is put to shame, as it declares that Muslims are inherently anti-democracy. Existence of Pakistan represents Muslims as intolerant of other faiths which is not true, hence in this article an attempt is made to bring out the fundamental flaws of Pakistan and how is Pakistan giving a bad name to Islam, just like Islamic state of Iraq and Syria did few years ago. World community fought against ISIS and eliminated it, but Pakistan which is founded on the same ideology as that of ISIS still continues to exist.

Here is a brief summary of events leading upto creation of Pakistan, this will help understand the Muslim world of today as to why it is necessary to declare Pakistan as state maligning image of Islam.

The Lahore deceleration 1940

Most Pakistanis believe that idea of Pakistan was declared vide Lahore declaration 1940, so much so that Pakistan has erected a monument at the place where declaration was passed and has been calling it miner-e-Pakistan.

Just like everything else in Pakistan, this belief of Pakistanis is also fake an absolute lie.

The place where resolution was passed was a park, called Minto-park frequented by general public for walking and some chit-chat with friends and family. Muslim league of that time held its annual session, primarily opposed the Government of India Act 1935. It passed a resolution in the session which stated that regions where Muslims are in majority should be declared autonomous sovereign states. The resolution no-where called for any single independent country called Pakistan.

Except Balfour deceleration of 1917, there has never been any example of creating a nation state in the name of any religion.

The Lahore declaration of 1940 is similar to the Balfour deceleration of 1917 both of which propagate nation states based on religious identity of its citizens rather then any historic relevance of the proposed state. However there are two fundamental difference between the two

1. It was British which actually called for a Jewish homeland in Palestinian territory, not the Jewish community themselves. In-case of Pakistan it was Indian’s themselves declaring that Muslims cannot coexist peacefully with non-Muslims.

• While the Jewish state was conceived on the basis that Muslims and Jew’s can coexist peacefully together, however Pakistan was conceived on the basis that Muslims cannot coexists with non-Muslims peacefully.

Since creation of Israel, almost every Islamic nation had at some point of time has declared Jihad against Israel. Same however is not true when it comes to Pakistan which in fact has caused more harm to Islam then Israel ever did.

The Muslim world has opposed the creation of a Jewish state in Palestine as religion cannot be basis for creating a nation state in a region which is already inhabited.

The Muslim world has wrongly not opposed creation of Pakistan till date, while they have opposed creation of Israel. Both nations have been created by British whose occupation of these regions was illegal to begin with.

Since the creation of Pakistan itself is flawed and against the principles of Islam, it is duty of entire Muslim world to de-recognize Pakistan as a nation state and declare Pakistan as disputed entity, because of creation of Pakistan.

If creation of Israel is against the principles of Islam, so is creation of Pakistan, hence every nation which opposed creation of Israel must oppose existence of Pakistan also.

Since its creation, Muslims living in Pakistan have been subjected to inhumane sufferings, it is duty of civilized world to put an end suffering of citizens enslaved by Pakistan, below is the brief of Pakistan’s actions which are against the teachings of Islam which actually disqualifies Pakistan from being member of any Islamic forum. 

Genocide of Muslims in Pakistan (1947-till date)

Episode-1 The Kashmir Saga ( 1947-till date)

Since its creation in 1947, only thing which Pakistan has done is killing of unarmed civilians, immediately upon getting recognition as a state, Pakistan attacked the then princely state of Jammu & Kashmir, the ruler of state had not yet signed the instrument of accession with either India or Pakistan, and thus was independent state that time.

Pakistan committed genocide of resident of Kashmir which fell to them, seeing the in-humane torture of civilians at the hands of newly formed Pakistan army, the ruler of Kashmir Raja Hari Singh signed the instrument of accession to India, thus entire Kashmir province legally became part of India.

Instrument of accession was a legal document introduced by the British government of that time in Government of India act 1935 and again in Indian independence act 1947.  The same document was signed by ruler of Bahawalpur and few more princely state which agreed to join Pakistan.

The fake propaganda which Pakistanis believe to this date that this document has no legal validity, if this is true, then state of Umerkot, Bahawalpur, Khairpur, Chitral, wat, Hunza, Nagar, Amb, Phulra, Dir, etc would not become part of Pakistan.

Is lying through teeth an Islamic principle? Can lying be done in the name of Islam? Will Muslim world allow Pakistan to continue with its lies in name of Islam? Since Pakistan is lying while taking the name of Islam, hence its a fit case to declare Jihad against Pakistan as Pakistan is defaming the name of Islam on a global stage.

Episode-2 The Balochistan saga (1948-till date) 

At the time of creation of Pakistan, Balochistan was not part of British India but Balochistan consisted of four princely states just like Kashmir. These were Kalat, Lasbela, Kharan and Makran. Two of these provinces, Lasbela and Kharan, were fiduciary states placed under Khan of Kalat’s rule by the British, as was Makran which was a district of Kalat.

On 11^th August 1947, a negotiated communique was released by Viceroy which stated

The Government of Pakistan recognizes Kalat as an independent sovereign state in treaty relations with the British Government with a status different from that of Indian States.

However, Pakistan violated this agreement as well and On March 26, 1948, the Pakistan Army was ordered to move into the Baloch coastal region of Pasni, Jiwani and Turbat. This was the first act of aggression prior to the march on Kalat by a Pakistani military detachment on April 1, 1948. Kalat capitulated on March 27 and Pakistan unilaterally announced that Balochistan has become its province.

Since the occupation of Balochistan Pakistan has subjected the residents of occupied area of systematic genocide, as a result of which Baloch population has been contentiously on the decline.

Will the muslims world allow this genocide of innocent Baloch civilians to continue? Will the Muslim world accept the illegal occupation of Balochistan & subsequent genocide of Muslims? Does Islam not teaches us to protect the unarmed civilians from aggressors?

Does of conduct of Pakistan in occupying an independent country and committing genocide of its civilians not justify Jihad against Pakistan? Yes it does, hence Islamic world must declare Jihad against Pakistan.

Episode-3 The Bengal saga (1948-1971)

Much have been stated about genocide of Bengali Hindus and Muslims by Punjabi army. One of the founding principles of Pakistan other then the assumption that Muslims cannot coexist peacefully with non-Muslims is that Muslims cannot live in a democratic set-up where Muslims are not in majority. However Pakistan by its existence has established that Pakistan cannot function under a democratic set-up, when Mujibur Rehman won elections, Pakistan rejected the elections and forcefully/militarily suppressed the Bengali population.

More than three million Bengalis were killed by ravaging Punjabi army which had declared that they will eradicate the Bengali race through rape of Bengali women.

Can today’s Islamic world accept such brutalities on fellow human being irrespective of the fact if they are Muslims or not?? If not does Pakistan’s crime against humanity in Bangladesh, not justify Jihad against Pakistan? It does, hence Islamic community of the world must declare Jihad against Pakistan.
