We received an email from an Indian with the subject matter “Open Letter to US Congressmen before Kashmir hearing on 14th November” with an Open Letter about the Fake Pakistani Propaganda, written to the US Congressmen before Kashmir Hearing. We are publishing the same here without any edits. We are glad that most of our previous articles were quoted in the Open Letter to the US. Here is the content of the letter:-

Hello Kimberly.

SUBJECT: Open Letter to the US Congress on Kashmir Hearing.

This is in regards the Congress Hearing on Kashmir, India.

I am a Citizen and Resident of India. I am writing to you as a common Citizen.  For last 70 years Pakistan is following the policy to bleed India with 1000 cuts. All the Islamist Radical Terrorism in India in past decades that claimed the lives of thousands of innocent Civilians including women and children was sponsored and funded by Pakistan. Pakistan has always used Kashmir as a card to divert its Public attention whenever their Economy is in turmoil. Whenever Pakistan Economy is in Shambles, Pakistan creates trouble in Kashmir to divert the attention of its public from its economic failures. Please check this article.

In order to understand Kashmir, you need to understand that the erstwhile princely state of Jammu and Kashmir comprised of 3 regions. First part is Jammu which is predominantly Hindu region. Second Part is Kashmir which had mix of Hindus and Muslims but proximity with Pakistan and Fake Pakistani propaganda and terrorism made lakhs of Hindus to flee the Kashmir Valley and were forced to live as refugees in their own country and spread across several states in India. Third Part is Ladakh, which is predominantly Buddhist.

In the earlier state of Jammu and Kashmir before the abrogation of Article 370 there were 22 districts out of which only 4 were infested with Pakistan sponsored Terrorism.

Kashmir Issue is not a recent issue. it started After Independence of India from the British rule. India and Pakistan also Partitioned. Different Princely states joined India and Pakistan. Maharaja Hari Singh the then ruler of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir signed the J&K Instrument of Accession on 27-October 1947. As a result, the Princely state of Jammu and Kashmir became part of India. However, Pakistan using the Tribal Terrorists attacked India and illegally occupied Parts of the erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir. Present day Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Chitral, all are part of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir that Maharaja Hari Singh (A Hindu Ruler) acceded to India. Due to some local politics and the then political leadership, a temporary provision of Article 370 was enacted in 1954 that gave special privileges to people of the erstwhile princely state of Jammu and Kashmir. Before the insurgency in Kashmir began, there was an insurgency movement in neighboring Punjab, which had also been split between India and Pakistan in 1947. That died out by the late 1980s, when the Sikhs that had taken up arms against India had realized they were being used by their Pakistani sponsors and gave up arms. And so Pakistan’s attention turned to Kashmir. One major reason Pakistan needed to sponsor insurgency in India was to gain intelligence on India, and its army. After suffering three consecutive defeats, each time after attacking India unprovoked and by surprise, Pakistan was fearful India would be tempted to launch a pre-emptive strike against Pakistan to destroy its army to ensure Pakistan never again attempted to invade India.

The slogans: “Pakistan se kya rishta? La ilaha ilallah” (What is the relation with Pakistan? There is no God but God.) followed by “Azaadi ka matlab kya? La ilaha ilallah” (What is the meaning of freedom? There is no God but God.) and ‘Asi gachchi Pakistan, Batao roas te Batanev san’ (We want Pakistan along with Hindu women but without their men) indicate that Pakistan for Kashmiris meant Islam, and freedom for Kashmiris meant Pakistan, all the while showing an open hatred to Kashmiri Pandits. Those who coined and floated these slogans went on to form the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Force (JKLF).

JKLF founder, Hashim Qureshi, later fled to Western Europe for asylum after the Pakistanis hijacked his organization and used its members to fight India as part of a religious struggle.

Their crime, they wrote against the Pakistan Government or Pakistan Army or Pakistan Intelligence Agency ISI. On July 8, 2019, Military-backed #PEMRA took off-air three news channels namely 24News, AbbTak News and Capital News without any prior notice or giving them a hearing, for showing live speech of Maryam Nawaz. Journalism organizations announce country-wide protests in Pakistan in solidarity with Capital TV. Earlier on June 12, 2019, A new order issued by Pakistan’s media regulatory PEMRA has advised media channels to not air “satirical content” that demeans politicians or individuals associated with law enforcement agencies.

“Furthermore, an effective In-House Editorial Committee must also be constituted in order to ensure compliance of PEMRA laws which could sift unwarranted content,” the order declared.

Recently on 9th July, A journalist, Mureed Abbas working with a Pakistan News channel “Bol TV” was killed outside a local café in Khayaban-e-Bukhari area of Karachi.

Earlier, another Journalist Gorhar Wazir was abducted on May 29, 2019 and kept in detention in at a prison in Haripur District without any charges. He was released after a few days on May 31 . He was in North Waziristan while covering the incident and miseries of people after the Pakistan Army attacked the peaceful, non-violent, Gandhinian protesters during a rally of Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM), and opened fire that killed over 21 civilians and injured over 100.

Balochistan covers an area of 347,190 square kilometres (134,050 sq mi). Over two-thirds of its population of nearly eight million (as per 1998 census) people live in rural areas. In fact, the rural areas have been deprived of Internet connection in 70 years so that people cannot share their plight with external world. Due to the media blockage no news are coming from the areas of operations where the internet was earlier present but is now blocked.

On the other hand Kashmir valley is area where Internet is blocked is about 15,948 Square Kilometres in area which is about 15.73% of the total area of union territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh. Why Human Rights Organizations are highlighting a smaller area with no internet while ignoring a large 347,190 square kilometres (134,050 sq mi) with no Internet access and records of Persistent Human Rights Abuses by Pakistan Army?

If some Liberals and Radical Islamists including Turkey and Iran are concerned with the conditions of Muslims in Kashmir Valley, they should be happy that Kashmir Muslims are part of India which is a secular nation and has more Muslims in India than any other Islamist Nation in the world. If they are concerned with Human Rights of Muslims, concentrate on Human Rights Abuses of Millions of Muslims in Balochistan, Sindh, Pashtun areas.

Did Iran, Pakistan and Turkey raise any concerns for Human Rights Violations of Uyghur Muslims in China? Why so much politics when it comes to cornering Punjabi Dominated Pakistan?

International Media is not allowed to venture in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkwa that comprise of almost 50% of Pakistan. Despite Pakistan being on the verge of Bankruptcy, Pakistan Intelligence Agency ISI is spending enormous sum of money in getting paid articles published in International Media to divert attention of International community to Indian Kashmir, so that Pakistan Army continues Barbarism in Balochistan.

Pakistan that claims to be raising the voice of Kashmiri Muslims in India, is hiding from the whole world its own deeds of Killing thousands of Muslims in Balochistan. There is a total Media Blackout in Balochistan. International Media is not allowed in Balochistan. There are no internet services in Balochistan barring a couple of big cities.

Imagine an area more than 1.5 times the size of UK, almost equal to the size of Germany, 347,190 square kilometres (134,050 sq mi) of Balochistan, which is 44% of Pakistan’s total land mass, without Internet facilities from the fear that people may not upload videos and pictures of horrific crimes of Pakistan Army Generals. Pakistan is killing people just to vacate their lands and sell them to Chinese for exploiting the mineral rich land. Add to this area Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 101,741 square kilometres (39282 sq mi) where there is no internet, No journalists are allowed to go, forget the International media and human rights organizations to venture in this huge area.

You will notice sudden spurt in protests, hashtags trending on Social media, alleged videos going viral on social media that Pakistanis purport to be from Kashmir, is a big big abuse of the Information Technology. Pakistan has a separate department that purports to fight the Fight Generation warfare that includes spreading misinformation and crying out loud the fake Pakistani propaganda millions of times so that a few people may consider it to be truth.

The final straw was the terrorist attack at Pulwama in the then Indian Province of Jammu and Kashmir. It was a point of no return between India and Pakistan. But, situation was still under control.

Situation turned completely out of control when India removed the Constitutional Provision of Article 370 which was supposed to give certain provisions for Jammu and Kashmir but in reality, turned out to be Kashmiri hegemony over other races in Jammu and Kashmir, much to the liking of Pakistan. India removed the article for better integration and development and in a single stroke, by separating the district of Ladakh and making both the entities separate Union Territories, India separated Pakistan Occupied Kashmir Issue and China Occupied Kashmir Issue, enabling it to focus more on each of them.

This sudden loss of control over the narrative means Pakistan had to do something. Neither was it able to make a dent on Indian border nor was it able to create an impact in the Fake Pakistani propaganda department. While every offensive action of Pakistani Army was beaten back, Asif Ghafoor has become a bigger joke before the eyes of the world by his inconsistent stand. Disconcertingly, he showed something which Pakistan never wanted to show to the world, who is the Boss in Pakistan. His press conference where two Cabinet Ministers, including the Foreign Minister of Pakistan where the Ministers became a side show before a Major General was something unpalatable even to Pakistan. This, along with his shoddy handling of Balakot and the consequent F16 shooting down incident has directly impacted his promotion prospects. It is not a coincidence that Fawad Chaudhury, the Minister for Information and Broadcasting is removed at the same time.

Asif Gafoor despite being a Director General has stooped to a level of a paid troll and has became a subject of heavy trolling and ridicule worldwide. On 28-July 2019 he uploaded a doctored video of war hero and retired IAF Air Marshal, Denzil Keelor.

Ghafoor shared the video on his Twitter and claimed that the war veteran was talking about the ‘Indian failure’ in the aerial dogfight between Indian Air Force (IAF) and Pakistan Air Force (PAF) that took place a day after India conducted the Balakot airstrikes on February 26.

In the video, Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman’s clip that was released by the Pakistani military after he was captured, is also visible on the top right corner of the screen. The manipulated video posted by Ghafoor is also interspersed with visuals of a crashed plane.

In fact, the interview titled ‘Nehru lost India the war: Air Marshal Denzil Keelor speaks about India’s battle losses’ was posted by Wilderness Films India on August 9, 2015, on YouTube.

You will be shocked to know that even the honorable position of President of a nation was reduced to that of a cheap troll. Yes I am talking about President of Pakistan Arif Alvi. Pakistan is running an institute with the name of ISPR and training thousands of civilians to fight the purported 5th Generation Warfare by running the social Media campaign. Pakistan Prime Minister cried at UNGA that if anyone condemns or speaks bad about Islam, it hurts the muslims. However these cheap trolls are abusing Hindu Gods and Goddesses, posting their nude doctored pictures, running hate propaganda against Hinduism on a large scale. What are the social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook doing? Anyone who exposes the Islamist Radical Terrorism sponsored by Pakistan, his account is immediately suspended. Whereas anyone who posts hateful content against Hindus is given a free pass.  Pakistan has even attempted to engineer Riots in India on the lines of Religion at a mass scale. We believe that the whole world gets awakened to the reality of the misuse of Social Media by Pakistan. Pakistan is inciting communal hatred between different religions. This hatred causes riots and cause deaths of innocent civilians including women and children. This is nothing but Social Media Terrorism of Pakistan. Lets hope the whole world blocks Pakistan Social Media Accounts in their countries to keep their countries safe from the interference of Pakistan in their social fabric.

Pakistan that advocates picking up guns by civilians in India for being marginalized, should also answer the question that would it be OK if India help the marginalized Baloch, Pashtun, Mohajirs to pick up guns and overthrow the Nazi Pakistan Army? Solution:-

Only solution we see is to Blacklist Pakistan and its Army. Fauji Foundation assets worth more than $100 Billion should be taken over by the Civilian government in Pakistan and pay off their debts. Pakistan Army control over the Media should be ended. All countries should ban Pakistani origin social media handles including Twitter and Facebook from seen in their countries. All Pakistanis should be deported. You never know which Pakistani may turn out to be a Al-Qaida affiliate or ISIS affiliate.  Whole world knows about Pakistani Muslim Grooming Gangs raping 8-12 years minor British, Christian, Sikh, Hindu and Athiest girls. Whole world knows about how the Pakistani Muslims have turned UK into Londonistan and in next few decades you will have a Pakistani Colony (UK) in the heart of Europe. Boycott Pakistan. Ask European Union to end the free trade deals and EU access to Pakistan. It needs to be understood by everyone that any single dollar/Euro earned by Pakistan is going to the huge coffers of Pakistan Army that will continue to commit Genocide of Baloch, Pashtun, Mohajir, Ahamadiya, Shia Muslims as Pakistan want to free the Natural rich Balochistan to be sold to China. Balochistan has Natural Resources worth over $1 Trillion. For this big money, Pakistan like Nazi Germany of the past can kill every single ethnic minority group if they have to. In order to divert the public attention Pakistan Army will continue to fuel Islamic JIHAD and HATE against India so that the illiterate Pakistanis do not question the Failure of the Pakistan Army and these Pakistani Army top brass continue to earn Billions of Dollars for their retirement.

President Trump had rightly said that the previous governments had given over $30 Billions to Pakistan in the name of War against Terror. What did Pakistan do with that money? Pakistan had $9.2 Billion foreign exchange reserves in 2008 and is now gone Bankrupt today and has to survive on IMF Bailout. Out of $7 Billion currently in Foreign Exchange reserves, most of it belongs to Saudi & UAE. Pakistan Army Fauji Foundation that is a group of companies being run by Pakistan Army has amassed $100 Billion. Hence any single Dollar or Euro given in Aid/Grant or in Trade Deals is going to produce more Terrorist in Pakistan that will be a danger for the whole world.

One shouldn’t Forget Islamic World rejected Kashmir as an Islamic issue and refused to intervene in Kashmir.

We would request US Congress to press upon Social Media platforms like Twitter and Facebook to take action against Pakistani Handles that are spreading hate and running Fake Pakistani Propaganda. Any such Pakistani Handles should be immediately suspended if anyone makes any report to the Twitter or Facebook and other social media platforms. There should be a zero tolerance towards hate speech against Hindus and Christians by Pakistanis. There should be a zero tolerance against spreading fake videos. If US Congress can press upon the social Media platforms, it will protect the public worldwide from the Social Media Terrorism by Pakistan. Pakistan should be defeated in their purported 5^th Generation Warfare. As mentioned above in the article on Article 370 abrogation quoted above, there are 2 choices before Indian Government. First Choice is to allow the internet access in the few areas where Internet is restricted and let Pakistan based Troll army incite Kashmiri Muslims and let there be a blood bath killing thousands of civilians including women and children. Second Choice is to ban the internet in certain sensitive areas to prevent the Muslims in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir from falling victims to the malicious fake Pakistani propaganda. I would ask US congress to ponder over this. Which step US would take in such a situation? If Internet access is so important, why has Pakistan denied Internet access in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that is more than 50% of Pakistan?
