Pakistan Tops in Fake Doctors as well. Pakistan is one of the world’s top Fake doctor producing nations. Some lucky fake or dubious doctors settle in different parts of the world to earn a better living for themselves, carry out FGM and such quackery. However, there is also a cadre of Fake doctors that is not as talented and decides to work silently within the country.

Fake doctors and surgeons in Pakistan operate in large numbers in broad daylight. These pseudo-doctors claim that they hold MBBS degrees from recognized medical colleges in Pakistan but that is just a cover-up for the inhumane business of butchering they run.

Rural and much of urban Pakistan hold within it a sad reality: thousands of blatantly functioning quack clinics which prevent Pakistan’s health sector from maturing.

The latest healthcare census found Punjab, Pakistan’s most populous province with 110 million inhabitants, to have between 70,000 and 80,000 totally unqualified medical practitioners. Pharmacists, herbalists and homeopaths often pose as general practitioners and dole out advices they are not supposed to give, medicines they are not qualified to prescribe and syringes they are not trained to use. These figures are just from the Punjab province. And these are very conservative numbers.

The figures are very huge for the entire present Pakistan that includes the occupied territories of Balochistan, Sindhudesh, Pashtunistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.

Bribary at all levels, Corruptions in all levels in Pakistan Government, looting of public by Pakistan Army’s Fauji Foundation leaving no money with the Pakistan civilians, relatives of Politivians and Army Officers running their own private expensive clinics, terror of organ harvesting in Army run CMH Hospitals, Ignorance and poverty have contributed towards the survival of quackery in Pakistan. It is shameful for Pakistan that even after 72 years of creation of Pakistan, people of rural and remote localities, due to lack of awareness and limited exposure, are still clueless about the definition of a doctor and the functioning of a medical facility.

Specialized hospitals are located only in city centers and are inaccessible to the majority of poor living in villages who prefer going to nearby private set-ups run by fake doctors. Lack of an efficient health regulatory body deepens the wound and allows these pretentious healthcare practitioners to thrive unopposed. To further strengthen their position, a new stratagem has been devised by these quacks: hiring of registered doctors whose on-site ‘presence’ is used as an alibi by the quacks for their illegal backdoor activities.

Quack clinics are family ‘businesses’ with ownership being passed from father to son. Patients by the hundreds, young and old, visit such fake clinics everyday thinking they are being treated by real doctors. Every hour the receptionist hands over a stack of one thousand rupee notes to the quack owner and together this team of planned killers continue to feast in broad daylight. Unfortunately, in rural and remote areas across Pakistan, a quack is often the first point of medical contact. Having inadequate medical prowess in diagnosing and treating diseases, infection control and sterilisation, these quacks unnecessarily medicate patients with antibiotics and steroids leading to further deterioration of the patient’s condition.

Besides that Pakistan is the biggest center after China in organ harvesting from the live people in connivance with Pakistan Army who abduct and disappear people and sell them for Organ Harvesting. Hence the People are afraid to go to CMH Hospitals run by Pakistan Army.

Fake doctors make extensive use of Antibiotics and that is responsible for creation of superbugs (organisms resistant to first and second line antibiotics) which has now become a global health crisis. Unhygienic practices such as using a thermometer from one patient’s mouth to the next patient is a common sight in quack clinics. It comes as no surprise that the same syringe is used by these killer quacks on multiple patients which causes potentially lethal diseases such as AIDS, hepatitis etc. Thus, anyone who visits a quack once becomes a life-long patient.

This new tactics of hiring a doctor ‘puppet’ while the quack secretly indulges in unethical money-oriented practices reflects on the fact that ethics is a weak trait amongst Pakistani doctors.

March 16, 2020 Fake doctor selling ‘vaccine’ for coronavirus in Karachi’s DHA arrested

A person who posed as a doctor and was selling vaccine for the treatment of coronavirus in Karachi’s Defence Housing Authority neighbourhood was arrested. Whole world doesn’t have a vaccine yet for Chinese Corona Virus, however these quacks in Pakistan can sell anything for money.

Experts confirm that as many as 700 people have tested HIV positive since April 25 in Ratodera, Larkana. Out of which 576 are children aging between 2 to 15 years. None of their parents are HIV positive.

In 30th May 2019, a Dr. Muzaffar Ghanghar who himself was an HIV patient, was employed in a Govt Hospital in Ratodero district of Larkana was arrested. He was allegedly responsible for spreading the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) among the patients.

A month later the said doctor was cleared of deliberately injecting his patients with HIV but found guilty of criminal medical negligence. JIT’s findings refute initial claims that he had deliberately injected his patients with HIV as a form of revenge. However, there are different voices raising the question that the practice to reuse syringes and IV drips is followed in entire Pakistan. Why did this particular area got so many instant cases of HIV positive?

According to an estimate there are estimated to be more than 100,000 HIV-positive people in Sindh alone. However, the Aids Control Programme has only 10,350 registered patients who are provided treatment.

According to WHO, Pakistan is registering approximately 20,000 new HIV infections annually, the highest rate of increase among all countries in Asia.

February 24, 2019 Inquiry report on fake doctor suggests proactive measures at Pims : In Sept 2018, a fake doctor was caught at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) where he had been practicing for six months. During the initial investigation, it transpired that two postgraduates (PGs) had hired the individual, who was basically a vendor of medicines and instruments, as their proxy and were paying him.

According to the report, Fida Hussain was working at the emergency accidental centre and on Sept 26 he demanded money from a female patient. After this, it was revealed that he was not an an employee of the hospital.

He was handed over to the police. But because the doctors were Punjabi and from the influential families, it was decided that both the doctors who had allegedly hired him would be kept under surveillance for three months.

Another twist in the same case, one Postgraduate (PG) approached the police and introduced himself as son of a retired general and ambassador of Pakistan and demanded release of the fake doctors.

Story doesn’t end here. One of the Postgraduate (PG) was wrongly shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) from Sheikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute (SZPMI), Lahore. The PG was in the urology department at the SZPMI but joined the plastic surgery ward at Pims without appearing in an entry test or interview. He also allegedly produced a tampered no-objection certificate (NOC) to join Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims).

Influential Punjabi Families of the PGs pressurized the female patient and no action was taken against the accused PG Doctors. This is Pakistan.

MARCH 18, 2019 Police arrest fake doctor, nurse responsible for school teacher’s death : Police arrested two fake doctors, who were responsible for the death of a female school teacher who was suffering labour pain in Ali Akbar Shah Goth of Ibrahim Hyderi, Karachi. On complaint of the deceased teacher’s husband, the police arrested Dr Uzma and Nurse Sumera, both come out to be fake.

March 11, 2019 In another incident of the same nature mentioned above, a model namely Ms Shafiq died at a local abortion clinic while undergoing the procedure. The clinic staff panicked at her death and threw her body in a nearby cemetery in the dark of the night. The incident took place in Karachi’s western region of Mochko which borders Balochistan province. Police arrested the nurse and her assistant who operated Ms Shafiq for abortion. According to police, the duo had confirmed the series of events.

APRIL 14, 2018 Woman dies in Lahore after fake doctor administers fake injection

A woman died after being given a wrong injection by a fake doctor in Kahana locality of Lahore. The woman’s husband, Shahzad, claims the doctor gave his wife, who was suffering from fever, the wrong injection which resulted in her death. Fake Doctoer was arrested.

MARCH 16, 2018 Fake lady doctor arrested for operating ‘social media clinic’ from Karachi’s JPMC

A fake lady doctor arrested from Karachi’s Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) was running a ‘clinic on social media’. The accused was in contact with a senior gynecologist at the government-run hospital for the last one year. Police arrested the fake lady doctor from JPMC during a raid on a tip-off. The woman had acquired education only up to matric level and did not hold a lady health visitor or a mid-wife certificate. However, Karachi Women’s Police SHO Syeda Ghazala said the suspect had been working at JPMC’s gynaecology ward for the past one year. Surgical instruments were recovered from her possession.

April 16, 2017 This Is How Fake Doctors-Surgeons Butcher Poor Patients In Pakistan For Easy Money

In 2015, A fake doctor named Rafiq Ahmed Malik was caught operating from the Jhang District in Punjab. Dubbing himself as the ‘master of surgery’ he was looting people and robbing them of their livelihood until pictures of him operating inside a dark and shabby room came to surface.

Acting as an all in all doctor, Rafiq called himself a physician, a doctor and a surgeon, without a recognized MBBS degree, catering to people who could not afford famous hospitals and well-known doctors in Jhang. The worst bit? He worked wearing a butcher’s apron instead of a doctor’s gown, on top of what Pakistanis call a ‘baniyaan’ (vest). The doctor, however, was later caught and jailed for butchering poor patients.

Thousands of other doctors work in a similar pattern with fake degrees and cater to illiterate masses who cannot differentiate and just want to get rid of their illnesses. Not only do these doctors butcher people, they also work under a mafia which is involved in trafficking human organs, kidneys in particular.

People in rural areas are also now used to these Fake Doctors because of Pakistan Government apath. In one of the raids on one fake doctor’s clinic, when the medical team accompanied by local police catch charlatans and seal their premises, the crowds that gather to watch are not grateful for their deliverance. “Local people say: ‘He’s our only doctor, please bring us another one before sealing this,’” Dr Asghar says. Quacks thrive because public health care is so poor and private health care so poorly regulated. Government spending per person on health is barely three-fifths that of neighboring India, in part because so much of the budget goes on defence, squeezing out other items. As a result, Pakistanis end up paying for two-thirds of their health care themselves. The poor naturally resort to the cheapest option, even if they know the care is substandard.

What are the Results?

Pakistani doctors no longer eligible to work in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE and Bahrain.

Following Saudi Arabia’s decision, other Arabic countries such as Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Bahrain have also de-recognised Pakistani medical programmes.

As per reports in 2019, Pakistani doctors will no longer be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and a few other Arab countries as its MS (Master of Surgery)/MD (Doctor of Medicine) post-graduate programme has been de-recognised in the kingdom. The move is going to affect hundreds of qualified Pakistani doctors and render them jobless. Meanwhile, several of them have been sacked or asked to be ready for deportation.

Saudi health ministry reportedly claims that Pakistan’s MS/MD programmes do not have structured training programmes, which is a requisite to employ medics for higher positions. The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) issued termination letters to several Pakistani doctors and said their applications for professional qualifications had been dismissed as the Pakistani degree was admissible as per the rules, the report added.

“Your application for professional qualification has been rejected. The reason is that your master degree from Pakistan is not acceptable according to the SCFHS regulations,” read the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties’ (SCFHS) letter.

Crackdown on Fake Doctors in UK doing Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)

There is a zero tolerance against FGM in the civilized world. However Islamist Radicals follow this inhumane practice and carry out FGM in UK and other European countries with impunity. Many of the Fake Doctors are the ones from Pakistan Origin. UK is still helpless in stopping this practice.

Pakistan earned its name in Hall of Shame. Fake Pilots, Fake Doctors. Only thing Real about Pakistan is the Terrorists it produce and the maximum numbers of Muslims killed in the whole world are killed by Pakistan Army in Pakistan in the Century’s biggest Genocide. Since Pakistan is now isolated, it is sitting in the lap of China which itself is the biggest criminal accused of Liver Organ Harvesting from prisoners and political dissidents.

Will the entire world banish fake engineers, Doctors, Pilots and others from Pakistan? Will Pakistan be disqualified by all other countries as done by Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE and Bahrain?

Should Pakistan continue to follow its policy of bleeding India with 1000 cuts that Pakistan is following since last 72 years? Nothing has happened to India, in fact, Pakistan has become bankrupt. Shouldn’t the money that Pakistan is spending on producing Terrorists be spent on giving good health care to poor people in Pakistan?
